Welcome to our fitness programme! Where we give you exclusive online access through our e-learning platform to personal training, made easy.
To create this personal training programme we have worked with Suzette Birch, a Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Suzette has a Sport degree from Durham University and, most importantly, is a mum of three, so she understands only too well how hard it can be to fit exercise into our lives.
Suzette has created nine workouts, ranging from five to 15 minutes in length. They require zero equipment and are tailored to fit individual needs.
Each workout is designed so they can be adjusted, making them as easy or as difficult as required, so that everyone can work at their own pace, no matter what your level of fitness is.
Accessed as a standalone or as part of our workplace wellbeing programme, these workouts are made for you.
Remember to start slow and build up and watch yourself improve.

- HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
- Stretch and mobility
- MetCon (Metabolic conditioning)
- Cool down/stretch (5 Mins)
The way it works…
- If your organisation would like access to our fitness programme talk to us today so we can sign you up.
- You’ll then be able to log into our e-learning platform where you can start using the fitness programme videos. This can be accessed by your phone, tablet, desktop or laptop.
- Your organisation now has access to the videos for everyone to make their way through at their own pace.
- If you are already signed up to our workplace wellbeing programme, we can provide you with access to the fitness programme as well. Drop us a line and we can do the rest!
