Why stress management?
Stress, depression, and anxiety disorders accounted for 49% of all work-related ill health – an estimated 17.1 million lost days at work (2022/23) (HSE).
Handling stress effectively is essential for maintaining both our physical and mental health.
Chronic stress can lead to burnout, decreased productivity, can negatively impact on job satisfaction and our overall wellbeing.
By prioritising stress management in the workplace, we can help to develop healthier coping mechanisms, improved resilience, and foster a better work life balance.
